Transferring Data from Employee Record to new Employee Record

Hi!

We have an employee that was rehired in February on a previously used employee record (EMPL RCD 0) but with their new company. Our business process states that upon rehire for a new company, it should be a new employee record. How do we go about safely transferring the data from one employee record to another without losing all the data that is on the accruals and others, etc.? Their accrual data is now out of order on the Leave Accrual Review page.
