Is there a solution for Italian Report “Certificazione Unica” reporting (in short “CU”)

For Italy we have a requirement to create an annual report called Certificazione Unica. It is an annual tax declaration submitted by tax substitutes in Italy and it certifies the income received in the previous year for identified categories of taxpayers.

Currently we use a lengthy, manual process to provide the reports and would like to know if there anybody who has a similar requirement, and what are the solutions that users of Oracle EBS are using. We are currently on 12.2.12
