Install ECC V11 and import application fails

Hi experts:

I have installed R12.2.12 ( 2 EBS app nodes ) and ECC V11 ( a separate host ).

R12.2.12 is configured with ssl certificate(https) and java code sign certificate.

ssl PKI private key is installed in a load balancer, in front of end user access to EBS R12.2.12

ECC V11 is configured in http protocol.

When I import ECC application , there is a error message.

I have also imported ssl certificate into ECC host. There are two cacerts

/ECC_Source/ECC//Oracle/software/java/jdk/jre/lib/security/cacerts

/ECC_Source/ECC/Oracle/Middleware/wlserver/server/lib/cacerts

How to solve the problem ? Thanks.
