External Applicants with same applicant ID appear multiple times in job posting
Is there any way to prevent multiple rows in Manage Job Opening for applicants with the same applicant ID number?
Our external applicants apply for job posting thru Talemetry and the data is then interfaced to PeopleSoft. We are noticing that several applicants have multiple "Applied" rows in the Job Postings. These applicants have the same applicant ID. Some have answered questions differently i.e. are you a former employee, are you an employee referral etc. While there are others that answer the questions the same, the applicant contact information if the same, the applicant ID is the same but still they have multiple rows.
