Is it possible to install Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 13c with standard edition license

Hi,

We have SE2 licenses for all of our oracle databases. I want to install Oracle Enterpise Manager Cloud Control 13c to manage theses databases. I thought that it was possible (with older versions) to install OEM with standard edition. We just cared about to not choose options of EE during setup after installation.

When I run installation, I could not continue because of partitioning I had to activate. But partitioning is an EE option.

So, can I install OEM with SE2 or it is not possible ?
