Siebel RTF template report generate Excel report

Hi, Experts

I upload one RTF report in Siebel and generate report in XLS format.

The field in system is like this:

The XLS report genrate it on several lines like this:

Is it possible to generate this into one cell instead of several lines?

Does siebel support XLS template report upload? I also try to create XLS template report but cannot generate XLIFF file so that cannot upload to Siebel.
