An error occurs when reconnecting using xstream on rac

When I use xstream on a rac cluster,works fine the first time connect to the outbound server. But when I restart the client application, an error occurs when I connect again. The error is as follows.

What does knacUpdateXoutLWM do? Why are the passed parameters empty?
