For Intransit Shipment to a WMS-enabled Org, from where is Intransit Account derived?

All -

We have non-WMS orgs and WMS orgs set up with Shipping Networks defined between the orgs. In the Shipping Network configuration, we have defined Intransit Inventory Accounts (FOB = Shipment). If the destination Org is WMS-enabled, should the system be using the Intransit Account from the Shipping Network to hold the material value or is the value account derived from another source?
