Insert Image in Posting Description Library

When adding an image to the Posting Description Library to be used in Job Postings, it uploads to the server's cache which does not allow external candidates to view it properly when accessing the posting through Candidate Gateway.

The current image is using a Base64 Image String , how can the image be updated?
