Form Listed as Dependency but Missing in Assets Section

Why is a form listed as a dependency for a contact field in Eloqua but not visible in the 'Assets' section, even though it appears in Insight? I have already checked the archive, and I have admin rights. Any insights or suggestions on how to resolve this would be appreciated!
