When specifying parameter last_position during xstream attach, an error occurs

  • ORACLE VERSION：19C RAC
  • step 1：SELECT APPLIED_SCN FROM DBA_CAPTURE
  • step 2: Specify the last_position parameter when calling the attach method
  • step 3: Run the program, and got an error "ORA-21560"
