Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Attempted to Set Up ESBC and ECB on OCI but Encountered Some Issues

Hello,

I attempted to set up ESBC and ECB on OCI but encountered a few issues. The versions are SCZ9.2.0 Patch 9 and PCZ4.2.0 Patch 1.

Setting "strip-route-headers" in the sip-config options has no effect. I don't understand why, but it seems to work if set in the sip-interface.
Calls between two numbers drop after about 30 seconds, and there's no audio during the call. I checked the firewall settings in OCI and don't think anything is missing. Has anyone experienced this before?
