Is Production Redeployment the solution?

Hi,

The packages we deploy in WebLogic sometimes work from the old version. In this case, we may have to close the managed servers, delete the cache, stage and tmp directories and open the managed servers (Doc ID 1323602.1). Since we do not know when we may encounter this situation, we have to do all the deployments this way. This causes us to put in extra effort compared to commissioning from the normal wl console.Is there a solution to this? Is Production Redeployment (link below) a solution to this? Or is there any other solution?
