Jdeveloper12c: New OA Workspace feature not available

Hello,

I am trying a VO extension for the first time. I am using Jdev 12c but cannot see the New OA Workspace option to proceed.

I tried creating a new Custom Application with different Project Features, but in vain.

I also have not yet come across any relevant documentation on how to go about the extension in jDev12c.

An update at the earliest on what am I missing would be much appreciated, since I have been struggling to find a solution.
