24D: US_PAYCHECK_TAX_DATA_SECTION_UPDATE

Hello. I've read the US_PAYCHECK_TAX_DATA document and attended yesterday's 24D webcast but am still unclear about how this change will impact customers who have only taken patch 37243992 but not the others not tagged with 24D.

For customers who didn't take the additional patch 37244000, is there any action necessary to keep our existing PAY003 and DDP003 functionality working as is? The supplemental documentation states for customers not ready to take this functionality, the updates are compatible with older templates when creating the wage statements for PAY003 and DDP003. Does this mean no action is needed for these customers and no need to delete the new 01/01/25 effdt templates which were included in
