UTLRP terminates the SQL session after applied the OCT24 RU patches

Hello All,

Recently I applied the Oracle 19c OCT24 RU patches in our dev EBS environment. After applied the below patches urlrp sessions terminated and getting error in alert log too. Please let me know if anybody face same issue after Oct24 RU patches in EBS 12.2 environment.

[oracle@ebsdev122 ~]$ opatch lspatches
36878697;OJVM RELEASE UPDATE: 19.25.0.0.241015 (36878697)
36912597;Database Release Update : 19.25.0.0.241015 (36912597)
