Outgoing Options Message to Teams missing Contact header

Hello,

New here.

We have oracle sbc 3900 SCZ9.0.0 Patch 5 (Build 402) and we noticed that the options message is missing contact header completely. My understanding is this is something fulfilled by software itself and we don't need to add header manipulation for that. Any one happen to know how to add that header without header manipulation? Could it be an issue with the firmware itself?
