ISG workload is pointing to single node on R12.2.9

Hi Team ,

we have 3 nodes of application server. all are equally distributed for OACORE, OAFM, forms and CM.

But when we realized from log file. ISG workload is pointing to node3 only. all connections of ISG are pointing to node 3 only. please check below logfile is of 53GB for node3.

OAP1:applmgr> ls -lh ISGLog.log

-rw-rw-r--. 1 applmgr dba  74M Nov 29 15:03 PROD_oap1/soa/ISGLog.log

-rw-rw-r--. 1 applmgr dba 158M Dec  6 07:11 PROD_oap2/soa/ISGLog.log

-rw-rw-r--. 1 applmgr dba  53G Dec  6 07:17 PROD_oap3/soa/ISGLog.log

Can you please suggest what configurations we need to check here. So that ISG workload should be equally distributed. any conf file .
