How does wildcarded PAU look like in reg-cache?

Does anybody know how should wildcarded PAU look like in reg-cache?

In my case PBX registers via SBC on IMS core. IMS core adds wildcard PAU into 200OK formatted like this:

When PBX tries to make an outgoing call from associated number xxx5900224411, SBC fails to find this PAU in reg-cache. Most probably because it does not understand this expression !%B0-9%5D!.
