Approval process for Element Entry input values and Bank account changes

Hi All,

We have a requirement, whenever any changes happened on the existing element entry input values/bank account changes should go for approval to payroll team. If the payroll team has approved the notification , changes should be reflect on the element entry input values oracle form.

If we could get any pointers on this requirement it would help for us.
