How to resolve APP-BEN-92101
I have an OAB customer with an issue that I vaguely remember from some past project. I think it happens when someone updates element entries through BEE or the API.
If I recall correctly, there was some sort of script from Oracle that resets this, or maybe it was a script to purge the entire benefits records and then it had to be rebuilt manually from scratch.
Does that sound familiar? I would log an SR with Oracle, but this customer no longer has Oracle Support 🤢.
