EBS WMS Under Allocation for Pick Release

WBS WMS has the option of over allocation depending on the tolerance defined in the sales order. Is there an option for under allocation? Example: Ordered quantity 30, on hand: one LPN with 25 and one with 5. A tolerance is specified in the sales order. Only the LPN with 25 is allocated, no others.
