OPatch cannot find cached file under C:\Oracle\Middleware\Oracle_Home.patch_storage\37140343_Oct_8_2024_07_44_26\unchanged_files.txt.
Causing skipping the patching components oracle.glcm.fmw.chghost, 14.1.1.0.0 and their operations.
How to generate this txt to avoid this exception.
