Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Trip Report cannot generate automatically when visit is approved.

Hi, Dear Experts

I have one error when visit is approved. The trip report cannot generate automatically.

I have tried to click Generate Report manually, the trip report is generated sucessfully.

I also check below two configuration in siebel.

"LS Clinical Trip Report Approval" workflow process, it is active and I do not change anything configuration.
"CL - Generate TripReport" is set to Y on System Preferences.

Any advice to check other configuration?
