Not able to change Fiscal year begins month on EPS node

About: Primavera P6 Professional 22
Release: 22.12.9.48073

I am able to update the Fiscal year begins on the 1st day of month when I am on a Project but cannot change this on any of the EPS nodes. If I remember correctly this can be done in the tables but is it not able to be in within the GUI? I am an <Admin Superuser> so i don't think it is a privilege issue.
