How can I delete ASR configuration after alert in prepatchreport?

Hi all,

I have problems with deleting or modifying ASR. The ASR is still working but I want upgrade ODA-software from 19.22 to 19.25 and get the following alert in odacli describe-prepatchreport:

ASR
Validate ASR configuration Alert

Assets registered with ASR are not configured to send XML alerts to the ASR manager. Delete the current ASR configuration and configure it again before running the update-server command.

The problem is: I cannot delete or manipulate the ASR configuration via BUI or ODACLI. I get allways errors like the following:
