Can anyone please share EBS specific documentation for changing DB port from default port (1521)?

We are currently running Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2.12 on Oracle Database Version 19.23.0.0.0 . We have an audit finding to change the current DB listener port 1521 to a non default port. We need documentations that can assist us with this implementation which includes configuration changes on the EBS applications as well as weblogic server if any.
