Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Oracle eBusiness Suite Release 12.2.8

Internal Requisition is created > Approved Create Internal Sales Order> Import Internal Sales Order to Order Management > Pick Release (Reserve stock from Inventory) > Picking Slip generated
1. If there is stock available:
  1. Notification should be sent to the Subinventory Owner notifying them of the request (Requisition Number, Sales Order Number, Requestor, Picked Items, etc. with the Picking Slip attached if possible)
  2. Another notification should be sent to the Requestor notifying them about the assigned Subinventory Owner details (e.g. Name, etc.) and the Sales Order Number
2. If there is no stock available:
  1. Notification should be sent to the Subinventory Owner notifying them of the request (Requisition Number, Sales Order Number, Requestor, Backordered items, etc. with the Picking Slip attached if possible)
