Attention Postman Users

Has anyone used Postman to update existing project cost-sheets in Primavera Unifier 24.11? We have a series of new cost-codes that we want to push to existing projects. One set is an entirely new division (parent) with a child. However, with each attempt, the NEW Division goes to the top of the cost-sheet or becomes a child to an existing cost-code. We need the NEW division to go to the bottom of each subjob and can't seem to figure out the exact code to do so.
