EAS 21.5.3 Data Load, says Member Not Found In Database but it certainly is

in Hyperion Essbase (MOSC) 1 commentAnswered ✓

Hello,

I am trying to load a data file using EAS Console, 21.5.3. I am getting an error:

\\ Member PO_BOG_MC268445 Not Found In Database
"01-15" "MONTH" "PC_BOG_001" "Actual" "ROOM_BOG_909605" "CONTRACT_BOG_003" "LOC_009" "FY24" "CAT_BOG_643" "PO_BOG_MC268445" "STAT_3" "JOB_BOG_9999" 1

The member, PO_BOG_MC268445, is most certainly in the database. I search for it and find it.

Is there something else that could be wrong? The line being reported is the second line in the data file.
