Implementing Common Access Card (CAC) Access to Linux environment Database

We are attempting to implement CAC access to our Oracle database residing on a Linux environment. This is not a RAC environment. And we have a Windows middleware setup.

All I can find

If anyone has an information about setting up this sort of access/authentication I'd be appreciative.
