Usage of OCI AI Services in Siebel CRM
Hi All,
We are using Siebel 23.1 and analyzing the usage of OCI AI Services like OCI Gen AI, OCI Language, OCI Speech, OCI Vision, OCI Document understanding etc., and would like to understand on how to integrate these with Siebel.
1. Are they available to use in Siebel OnPrem implementation or limited to Siebel on OCI Cloud?
2. Are they chargeable for Siebel On OCI?
3. There is SiebelAIFramework already available in Siebel from 22.1 version and improvised in 24.9 version. Is this framework to use the OCI AI services or this service is different from OCI AI service?
4. With SiebelAIFramework, OCI AI service is still chargeable?
