Siebel server deployment in SMC (24.7) brings only SystemAux and System comp group

in Siebel System Admin, Install and Upgrade (MOSC) 8 commentsAnswered

Installing 24.7 in new machine and Enterprise and Gateway deployment is success. While deploying Siebel server with components, deployment is success. But only 2 component groups (SystemAux and System) available under server.

Enabled, assigned and Synchronized and restarted services (including gateway) but still same.

Also tried with deleting server from SMC and redeployed, but result is same.

What could be missing here?
