Not showing OV reversal record in F43121

Hi,

I have an issue where after doing OV reversal there is no match type 4 record has been created in F43121. But reversal OV number/record is showing in F4111 and F0911 both table, stock also got removed from F41021. In F43121 it is still showing as match type 1 record only against the line, I think because of this PO line also showing as close only.

How to again take receipt of same lines as it is still showing as closed ?

What to do with match type 1 record in F43121 ?

Can anyone suggest on this.
