Time Adjustment Sent Back Notification Template Email is not getting triggered for non employee

Hi,

When a time report is sent back for revision from a project manager profile, the Time Adjustment Sent Back Notification Email gets triggered and sent to the user only if he is an employee and if the user is nonemployee then he does not receive the email notification for the sent back notification.

The name of the template used for this is 'Time Adjustment Sent Back'. Could you please check and advise which peoplecode condition is ensuring that the sent back notification is getting triggered only for an employee and not for a nonemployee profile.

Wanted to know the exact snippet of code which is deriving this logic since its a delivered functionality from peoplesoft.
