How to remove statement numbers where there is no statement line for BAI2?

We are facing a situation with one of our clients where the BAI2 file received from the bank includes statement numbers that do not have any associated statement lines. When these files are loaded and imported using the standard program (CESQLLDR), such statements are being created in the system as bank statements without any statement lines.

The client’s requirement is that statements without associated lines should not be created in the system. However, we prefer not to manually modify the BAI2 file. Kindly let us know if there is any alternative solution to achieve this.
