MSCA 10.1.0 is it possible to add the new pages by Jdeveloper or JAva code

Is it feasible to add a new page, fill it out with fields and validation criteria, and then submit the mobile form, much like in the previous MSCA application?
If yes then please share the jdeveloper setup and customization steps.
