Limitation of number of Tax lines per Item line in AP invoice Oracle Fusion

We have a requirement to allocate one Item line based on the usage (allocate within more than 1400 locations). It will create a huge number of Tax lines created for one item line after allocation. We will use Vertex to do the allocation.
Please let us know if Oracle has any restriction on the number of tax lines associated with one Item line.
