Is the Recruiting calendar capable of interfacing with Outlook for scheduling Interviews?

We are trying to find a better way to set up interviews for applicants. We are looking for a way to see the interview panels availability on their Outlook calendar when scheduling interviews in PeopleSoft. We would also like to be able to get a response from the applicant if they accept or reject the interview and if accepted a way to block off the interviewer's Outlook calendar with the accepted interview time.

I wanted to see if the PS Recruiting calendar is capable of interfacing to Outlook (classis or new) to schedule applicant interviews?
