We are trying to configure ECC for our oracle EBS ( DB 19c, apps 12.2.13)

Problem Summary

Supply Chain Management (scm_pf) "Patch 35921498:R12.SCM_PF.C" getting failed

Problem Description

We are trying to install ECC (latest version), while applying product family consolidated patch SCM_PF patch getting failed with below error.

Error: FAILED: file eameccrset.ldt on worker 1 for product eam username APPS.

DB version: 19c

Apps Version : 12.2.13

Note: AD, TXK upgraded to 16, all ETCC patches applied
