RSS Notifications: Modify content of emails to be more relevant and informative
JDEdwards 9.2 Requisition Self Service workflow question (K43E08)
We are heavily utilizing the RSS requisition system and along with it the workflow notifications sent out for Requesters, Approvers and Buyers. They are canned notifications that we would like to modify to have more relevant information (see current state example below):
Subject: Req Approval Required 175360 OR 00201
Requisition Approval Required
ORDER: 175360 OR 00201
Approval is requested. Use the drop down or icon to access Requisition Approval Review.
I have put in MOS a multitude of searches for the steps to modify these objects BUT have not been successful in finding any documentation for doing so. So I'm reaching out to ask the community experts for some guidance please !
