Tax Class 9S?

Has anyone else starting seeing tax class 9S calculating and posting to tax balances after applying 24-D and the PRPs after 24-D?

We're seeing tax balances in tax class 9S on our ADP Q4 test file and it's throwing a lot of errors.

PeopleSoft HCM 9.2, Image 43 with later tax updates. PeopleTools 8.59.something
