R099104 - Clear F0902 Account Balances

Hi Everyone,

I need details about functionality about R099104 report. I am not able to find any oracle document related to it. Based on my testing I have observed period balances getting blank.

User when executed for one account number it deleted all the records In F0902.

So I need a document or any details about functionality of this report. If any further details are there about this report please share
