Hello

I have 2 node cluster and adding third .grid installation goes fine and when exec root.sh gives error

CLSRSC-594: Executing installation step 4 of 19: 'GenSiteGUIDs'.
/u01/app/19.0.0.0/grid/crs/config/rootconfig.sh: line 214: 221717 Segmentation fault $ROOTSCRIPT $ROOTSCRIPT_ARGS

please, How to fix it?
