Upgrade to the Oracle EPM Cloud

Can we upgrade straight from Hyperion Planning 11.2.4 to the Oracle Cloud or do we need to move to a newer version of 11.2.X prior to moving to the Cloud?? I've heard both so I'm asking the experts now.
