Passing Overridden PO Values in a Table Conversion through Orchestrator Report Service Item

My TC is working well when submitted via a bv application.

However, when I call the TC from an orchestration and override the TC's PO, the job does not fail but it doesn't cycle through any records either.

I believe it is because the Orchestration is not overriding the PO correctly.

Before I develop a, say, a UBE, to replace this TC, I would like to check a few things.

1. Can TC's Processing Option be overridden in orchestrator?

b. If so, what is the best way to check if the Overridden PO's values are being passed correctly to the TC from the Orchestrator Report Service?
