Final step in quickpay is not kicking off

Hi Guru's

On submission of the process 'Format Payment Instructions with Text Output' in order to make a quick payment, system will automatically kick off process 2 'Payment Instruction Register' and then process 3 'Send Separate Remittance Advices' and lastly process 4'XX Transfer EFT Standard Bank File' (custom host program).

This last process basically moves the eft file from one folder to an INTERFACE/AP folder in order for users to grab it and make payment to the bank using WINScp.

This was how the process worked in R12.1.3. We have now upgraded to R12.2.13 but this last process 4 is not getting kicked off by itself.
