How to mass extract performance doc (pdf)in bulk

We are in the process of migrating our Peoplesoft data to our archive platform.  As a part of that process, and our data validation efforts, we have identified a number of document types where the data is stored within the Peoplesoft database, but are rendered to a document form for viewing and/or printing.  We need of having these documents output to pdf format for storage in the archive system.  Any advise will be appreciated.
