Steps

1. Sales Order Booked and Line Status is Awaiting Shipping
2. Shipping Transaction Status is Back Ordered, since there is no On-Hand Qty
3. PO Receiving and Inspection is performed through Telnet
4. xRoss Docking is performed through Telnet
5. Receiving Transaction Processor - Complete with Error
