Copy OEM metrics when we upgrade an oracle database from stand-alone to PDB

When we upgrade an oracle database from stand-alone to PDB, it gets a new TARGET_GUID. This means that all OEM metrics for the original database are unavailable. How do we copy OEM metrics to the new GUID?

I use OEM metrics on CPU, Memory, I/O, Network and Tablespace Usage for the past year for capacity planning of the production database. The production server is over-powered so we don't need to check things every day but a yearly health check is a good idea and it shows that I'm doing an adequate job. We've seen the loss of OEM metrics on the first non-PROD databases that were converted to PDBs. I would prefer that this doesn't happen in PROD.

Howdy, Stranger!
